Ticket Refund Policy for Events Cancelled or Postponed: We will attempt to reschedule as many affected events as possible. If a new date is announced for a postponed event, your tickets are automatically valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend a rescheduled date, you will be able to request a refund from your original point of purchase - Ticketmaster or the Box Office (once reopened). Once approved, the refund will be issued to the credit card used for purchase.
If purchased at the Box Office - You will need to visit the Box Office to get refunded, once reopened.
If you have purchased tickets online through Ticketmaster - You can request a refund by either calling customer service at (800) 653-8000 or by going into your online account and clicking on the refund button.
If a show cannot be rescheduled, a refund will automatically be issued to the credit card used for purchase.
Please note, if the ticket was purchased from a vendor other than the venue Box Office or Ticketmaster, you will need to reach out to the original point of purchase and ticket refunds can not be guaranteed.
